MONTHLY HOME SITE RATES 

Briarwood Estates opened its first phase in the summer of 2001, offering a variety of home sites to meet individual preferences.  Home sites range in sizes from 3,825 sq. ft. to 5,300 sq. ft., accommodating single-section and multi-section homes from sizes 16x66 to 32x76.  

Monthly rental rates:

• $240 - $250    Single Section Sites

• $260 - $290    Multi Section Sites    

RV SITE RATES

Briarwood Estates sets itself apart from RV parks by offering full-size sites, 2-vehicle parking per site, and modern amenities. No bath or laundry facilities are available on site. Please call for current availability (979) 885-1888.  

Monthly RV Site rental rates:

• $240 - $250   Plus Electric (1-2 occupants)

• $250 - $260   Plus Electric; Includes cable TV service (1-2 occupants)

      Note:  There is an additional charge of $5 per month for each additional occupant.
