Directions From Houston

From Houston, take 1-10 west approximately 40 miles to Sealy.  Take the first Sealy exit (Exit 721, Hwy 90).  Take the first left and proceed under the freeway.  Turn right onto the access road.  Continue 0.5 miles, then turn left on Ward Bend Road.  Briarwood Estates is on the left 0.25 miles. 

Directions From Rosenberg

From Rosenberg, take Hwy 36 North approximately 28 miles to Sealy.  In Sealy, take Interstate 10 East approximately 1 mile, departing at the first exit (Sealy Outlet Center).  From the access road, take the first right onto Ward Bend Road.  Briarwood Estates is on the left 0.25 miles.
